Yolo Bat Chat with Corky

June 5 @ 10:00 am - 10:45 am

“Yolo Bat Chat with Corky” New Bat Zoom Program!
Exclusive opportunity offered by the Yolo Basin Foundation. Space is limited.

Missing the bats at Yolo Basin Wildlife Area? You can be up close and personal via an interactive talk with Corky and see the bats from your home! Two dates offered—space limited—sign up soon!

Corky is offering a rare opportunity for an interactive talk and bat viewing via Zoom. This 45-minute program will include plenty of time for audience questions. She will share some unique insights about the local bats, and you will observe three species of live bats up close including seeing one devour a snack! Corky will then open it up for your questions. The majority of the program is driven by what you want to know. Here is a chance to have a live chat with Corky about the bats with your family!

Space is limited to 20 devices and the cost is $15 per device.

Corky Quirk is the Program Coordinator at the Yolo Basin Foundation. She also is the founder of NorCal Bats and has given hundreds of talks at schools, libraries and the Yolo Bypass on the fascinating world of bats.

Note: These talks are not to replace our regular Bat Walk and Talk program. We are working on a modified Bat Talk and Walk program to offer in the future. We will keep you posted.
