Virtual Summer Arts Camp: Drawing in Black and White (Week 3)

Week 3 / July 20-24
Designed to keep campers creatively engaged with fun, easy-to-do projects. Projects can be done with just the written instructions and materials, online component is optional.
Each week includes:
- An art kit with all the materials needed for the week (Shipping is available).
- Activity checklist for parents and campers.
- Written project instructions.
- Online how-to videos from Davis Arts Center teachers and other arts organizations.
- Three Zoom check-ins to discuss projects and Q+A.
Zoom check-ins:
- Monday 10 am – 12 pm – Introduction to camp
- Wednesday 10 am – 12 pm – Check-in on project progress and time for Q+A
- Friday 10 am – 12pm – Check-in on project progress and time for Q+A
Designed for ages 8 years and up but suitable for campers starting at age 5 with parental help, and yes, teens and adults will find projects to do as well!
Pickup of materials will be curbside at Davis Arts Center at 1919 F Street Davis, California the Friday before camp (7/17) from 1-4 pm, unless shipping arrangements have been made and purchased. If you are unable to pick up materials on Friday, please select the shipping option.
