Making Art on G street : Decorating Sugar Skulls

Come decorate calaveras (sugar skulls) for Día de Muertos! Ro Mottsmith, a mixed Mexican & American artist will guide you through basic techniques, using frosting, sequins, feathers, foil, and more to decorate the provided sugar skulls. How you decorate is completely up to you. Be prepared to get sticky ! This is a FREE event for all ages hosted by The Artery’s artists and sponsored by the City of Davis in celebration of The Artery 50th anniversary
