Make Vegan Sushi at the Davis Food Co-Op

Learn how to make 3 different kinds of vegan sushi in this beginner-friendly class. We’ll make inside out rainbow rolls (uramaki), carrot “smoked salmon” rolls, and a crunchy spicy tempeh roll. Don’t worry, we’ll also make a spicy vegan mayo to go with everything! This is an in-person, hands-on class.
