This June, take four Saturday mornings to ground yourself in a simple yet profound meditation practice rooted in the ancient Tibetan teachings of Shambhala that teach a way to used meditation to train in fearlessness in everyday life. Centered on the teaching of basic goodness, the classes show students how to navigate both joy and challenge—transforming tenderness, sadness, and fear into clarity, steadiness, and kindness.
