Kids Cook Strawberry Shortcakes

PEREGRINE SCHOOL, SOUTH. It’s spring! Which means strawberries & one of the best ways to enjoy them is barely sweetened & poured over tender shortcakes topped with fluffy whipped cream. In this class, students will: learn some basic knife skills chopping the strawberries; learn about how to cut in the butter for the most tender biscuits & shortcakes; whipping up the softest cream & take home a delicious hand made dessert (or eat it right away, whichever they prefer). Ages 5 years & up. 3:45p – 5:15p. $35.
