Handmade Potsticker Dumplings

Potsticker dumplings are perfect food-prep food! They store well in the freezer and cook up quickly! We will make vegan mushroom and sweet potato dumplings, make the dough from scratch, learn many ways to fold the dough, and make a light and spicy sauce. These are easier than you think! Beginners encouraged! GF recipe available!
