Gratitude and Gardening

Come learn about the importance of connecting with nature for physical and mental well-being benefits (Nature Rx). This UC Davis Arboretum and Public Garden workshop focuses on the health benefits of gardening and gratitude journaling. Gardening is one of the ways to receive the benefits of Nature Rx such as: relaxation, a sense of accomplishment, self -reliance, physical activity, connection to nature, and a sharper mind. We will also highlight the Good Life Garden and campus resources such as The Pantry which provides healthy, fresh food available to all UC Davis students.
