Don Saylor’s Soup’s On 2022

Friends,

I am delighted to announce Soup’s On 2022! I hope you will join me on Thursday, April 21, 2022 as we gather as a community to support a local non-profit. What started as a small gathering with homemade soup has grown into an annual event that I look forward to every year. Good cause, delicious soup, great community — it just doesn’t get much better. This year will be Soup’s On 17th and final year. I sure hope you can make it!

The 2022 Soup’s On beneficiary, Davis Media Access (DMA), is a community media center serving the Yolo County area with a mission to enrich and strengthen the community by providing alternatives to commercial media for local voices, opinions, and creative endeavors. Based in Davis, DMA serves the region through projects like DCTV, DJUSD.tv, and KDRT 95.7 FM.

At Soup’s On, guests will feast on tasty soups, salad, beer and wine, have a chance to bid in a silent auction, and enjoy live music. It is sure to be a memorable evening filled with great food, fun, and friends. In addition to demonstrating good sense, courtesy, and concern for the wellbeing of others, we will, of course, be following all guidelines and recommendations set forth by the Yolo County Public Health Officer at the time of the event. I can’t wait to see you there!
