Dance Fitness Classes for Adults at the Davis Arts Center

Get fit with Dance! Easy, low-impact original routines combine ballet, jazz, Latin, aerobics, salsa, Zumba, hip-hop, line dance, tai chi, and kickboxing. You can learn and experience at least two to three different dance styles in each class. If you like dancing and prefer to exercise in the form of dance, this course is definitely for you. Make new friends while toning your body shape, detoxifying, losing weight, reducing fat, defining muscles, and relieving stress. No dance experience necessary; all levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat.
