Cooking Class: Vegan Thanksgiving Sides with Davis Food Co-Op

Make your vegan Thanksgiving dinner with us in our cooking class! Whether you’re hosting your first vegan Friendsgiving or need something to serve your vegan niece, we have you covered. We’ll walk you through making a wild mushroom and spinach stuffing, mushroom gravy, and cranberry sauce. These are make-ahead recipes, which means you can serve what we make at your holiday dinner!

This is a live virtual class. However, a recording of the live class will be sent to all participants. This is a great option for folks who want to take the class, but cannot attend live. Please allow us 1-2 days to get this sent out.

A materials and ingredients list will be emailed to you after you register. Two hours before class you will receive an email with the recipe. Please read over prior to the start of class.
