Building Community Ferment – Sauerkraut

FreeIn this virtual workshop, I will demonstrate how to make shredded vegetable ferments and everyone will receive their own “kit” to make a jar of kraut at home. This event also features a guest visit from two UC Davis food scientists, who will discuss the different microbes in fermented foods like sauerkraut. Pick up your kit after the event from the Mary L.
