Past the grind, the scrolling, the constant performing.
Welcome, those parts of you that still believe.
This isn’t a workshop to fix you. It’s a ritual in plain clothes:
a space to remember yourself, or to move something that got stuck.
You might just land in a room full of people who aren’t trying to win—just trying to be real with themselves and each other.
What Happens Here?
Every session is different.
We move with what shows up.
You might find yourself drawing, dancing, speaking truth to a stranger, or sitting quietly with a snack and your breath.
There is a structure—but it’s alive.
There is leadership—but it listens.
We always pause for a full 20-minute break in the middle with food. If you bring some, we will eat that too.

Who Comes to This?

You don’t have to be good at anything.
You just have to show up and be. You can even leave early, and that practice itself, that micro-courageous step where you listen to your own needs, is… Better.
