Building Community Ferment—a free fermented foods workshop coordinated by Stephanie Maroney and the Yolo Public library, Davis branch—continues!
Join this fermented foods workshop virtually on Wednesday December 16 from 4-5pm where I’ll be demonstrating how to make kraut-chi—a hybrid creation of shredded cabbage kraut featuring the chili pepper, ginger, and garlic flavors found in kimchi.
