On April 10, 1912, the RMS Titanic began its fateful ocean passage in Southampton, England. Titanic was the biggest ship ever built; it was declared to be unsinkable. But five days later, not long after hitting an iceberg, the Titanic sank to the bottom of the North Atlantic. That trip… and that ship… are so steeped in history that more than 100 years after that fateful event, the world’s fascination with it has not ebbed. This is not a musical of the 1997 movie by James Cameron.
Davis Musical Theatre Company (DMTC) is proud to present, underwritten by Sharon Joyce, Titanic, The Musical, opening Friday, November 12, 2021, and playing through December 5, 2021 (Fridays & Saturdays 8pm; Sundays 2pm) directed & staged by Steve Isaacson, musical directed by Jonathan Rothman, and “The Latest Rag” choreographed by Ron Cisneros.
